At long last, Porsche is finally making its way to Forza 4 thanks to the newly announced Porsche Expansion Pack coming this May. Turn 10 Studios also plans to introduce some big changes to Forza Motorsport 4 via the upcoming title update three, which is set for release in March.
Turn 10 Studios has been working hard to bring Porsche back to the Forza world—the car legend last appeared in Forza Motorsport 3—and the result is one hell of a downloadable package. Not only will the expansion pack include 30 smoking Porsches (seven of which have never appeared in Forza before, bringing the total number of available cars in Forza 4 to 625), it will also include 20 new events totaling around five hours of gameplay, 10 achievements, and 250 gamerscore points.
As for the latest title update, it will include a number of technical fixes but by far the biggest change is that the level cap will now be raised from 150 to 999. Turn 10 originally set the cap at 150 thinking that it would take players nine months to a year to reach it. Thanks to the dedication of the game’s most rabid players, the cap was reached in less than half that time. The new cap is meant to serve as a genuine source of good old-fashioned bragging rights on behalf of the Forza community. And given just how dedicated said community is, you better believe those bragging rights will be well cherished.
The Porsche expansion pack doesn’t have an official release date or price just yet, but expect it to release sometime in May for around $15, if the pricing of the larger DLC packs is any indication.

Congrats to Turn10 for wrestling access to Porsche from EA. I'm sure there's a good story as to why EA dragged this out.
Congrats also to Turn10 for consistently producing a quality games every 2 years on the current console gen.
Note how all 3 of the aforementioned Forza games have received a Metacritic score of at least 90.
Also note the 11million sales since 2007.
Forza 4 was released in Oct and unlike GT5, which released over 1 year ago, you will find Forza 4 still managing to appear on the ALL FORMATS UK top 40, right up to and including this week

11 millions sales and climbing.
We could be seeing FORZA HORIZON later this year and FORZA 5 in 2013.

The Porsche is not important, it apears. GT5 sold over 7 million without it. Over half of the people that bought Forza 3 declined the chance to buy Forza 4. I wonder why?
