What are you doing this week? I was planning to deliver heartfelt oratory to a gathering of activists and migrant farm workers, but now I'm thinking I'll play video games instead. See, Redbox is offering a week of free games rentals, and it's convinced me that this social activism thing is kind of lame. Instead, I'm renting UFC 3 (the most important video game of our time) and I'm not even going to pay anything for it. That that, César Chávez!
Here's how it all works: You go to Redbox's website, then search for the game you want. Reserve it, then take it home. The first night is free. After that, it'll cost you $2 a night. The week of free game rentals ends Thursday, March 1.

confirmed. I clicked the link, picked a game and checked out for $0.00 for the first night, $2 a night after that. For free, I get to confirm if I will hate Saint's Row 3 as much as I hated SR2. If I'm wrong, I'll buy it.

Are people really this cheap?? Honestly, what's 8 bucks for week long game rental?? You rent it on a Friday night, have the game back by Monday or Tuesday, and only see your account hit 3 or 4 times for 2 bucks!! If that's too much to deal with, then don't bother renting the game.

If you check redbox's website says 2/26 - 3/1.
The catch is its not free all week its free for the first day then $2 every additional day you have it.
So like bubbamax3 states, you have to get the free rental return it with in 24 hours and rent it again, and make sure you re rent it online first to keep it free, more a pain that its worth I think.
