A release date for Motorstorm RC has been announced. The game will be coming to the PlayStation 3 and the PS Vita on March 6. You can download it from the PlayStation Store on that date, and if you DL it for the PS3, you get the Vita version free... and vice-versa. That's like two games for the price of one, and you can even cross-play between the two systems.
The game shrinks the series' vehicles down to radio-controlled toy proportions, and features eight MotorStorm vehicle types, three game types, and lots of leaderboards and other extras.

Its $9.99 in U.S. and I just realized its 4 player local multi-player only, and only on ps3, I planned on making this one of my main titles to play on vita via the multi-player aspect. I picked my vita up yesterday and I absolutely love it, but Im seriously disappointed in the lack of a full featured multi-player game like a shooter or a racing game that can allow parties, I feel alone with a device thats supposed to be super connected, Im sure something will come along but something at launch wouldve been nice. I still love my vita its very comforting listening to the background music that plays while I browse the psn. Also I found a great vita community at www.psvita-mod.com.

It's only about $7. I have this game already because I'm from the UK. It's pretty good and also has a platinum trophy :D.

You gotta remember MS:A had a lot of unfortunate things happen near launch.
While I'd still rather something like this over Mass Effect, I might hold off since I've enough racing games to get through. The discount for digital isn't enough to stop me from buying physical copies. One thing nobody thinks of is you save $5 now but spend another hundred for more storage.

This is a great step for digital distribution on consoles. With slightly cheaper priced Vita games making their debut and bundled multi-console releases with cross platform play, I'm warming up to the idea of a DD model. I still like my tangible game cases though.

Speaking of shrinking...only 270k ppl worldwide bought the previous iteration, Motorstorm Apocalypse.
Perhaps it will find a larger audience on the Vita.

Getting it march 6th, oh snap Mass Efrect 3!!! Guess im buying it march 6, idk when ill actually play it? Oh wait on the vita when I cant play ME3 :-)
