Why not start your day off right, with five minutes of Ryu Hayabusa slicing the crap out of everything that's unfortunate enough to cross his path? You can make this dream a reality, thanks to the newly released gameplay trailer for Ninja Gaiden 3 (via All Games Beta).
Ryu apparently spends a LOT of time gliding through the air in the game, despite the fact that his badass ninja threads don't seem to have anything that even resembles wingsuit flaps. Maybe it's magic. After all, dude can summon a dragon made of fire out of nothing. Flying should be no big thang.
Speaking of dragons, the trailer ends with a look at a boss fight against a giant dragon mech-thing. So that happens. Just hit play.

Where's the Dragon Sword? That looked more like the Spider Clan guys sword. Anyways, what is with not hacking people up, but he can slice through turrets in one stroke? Oh how we miss you Itagaki.

The only problem i have with this is y did they have to tone down the gore so much that was like a main staple of NG now itz pretty much gone this iz not looking like the NG i loved to play on the 360 and original xbox

Its sad to see that one of my favorite game series is already going down the drain......
Hopefully this game tanks so hard that they see what they have done and bring back the old NG.
Most people who look forward to this game only beat the other two on the easiest difficulty.

this is funny, some say he can cut through metal but not flesh that's funny, plastic sword more like rubber,, all i know is that i'm going with metal gear rising this year

You guys can complain so much about a game that doesn't come out for another month that you haven't even played yet. I love Ninja Gaiden since the NES days & loved 1 & 2 on the 180 & 360 but lets be honest they needed to try some fresh things for NG3 & if they didn't you SAME GUYS would complain "It's the same game". And he's not flying he's gliding downward & forward not upward and he can already teleport so stop being so technical it's a game, breaking the laws physics is what they're made for. The only thing that's offsetting to me is that they are turning down the difficulty on the default setting. Other than that I can't wait to pick up my Collector's Edition.

itagaki is making devils third, so why bother with this short range superman and his plastik sword? i just hope hes going to change his mind and will create another fighting game, cause from what i have read so far, they are going to mess up doa5 as well through quick time events and their new fighting entertainment approach. im not amused, yet i liked other m... how weird is that?

sorry but im not really into this now, i was kinda looking foward to it but after that im dissapointed. n why is he randomly flying with no wingsuit or jetback lol nothing not even a tall building head start wow weird

*yawn* Tomonobu Itagaki is the only one capable of making a ninja gaiden game. Not to mention this game looks like the last game in graphical quiality

I really love the oldschool,over the top vibe I'm getting from this and the more strait forward liner feeling of the levels.This seems more in tone with the original 3 on the NES than the previous ones.
