REckoning

If you need help finding the locations of trainers in Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning we've got you covered with this Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning Trainer Locations And Backpack Upgrade Guide. That's right, we also have backpack upgrade locations.

Leveling up your skills in vital to KoA: Reckoning, as it is in any RPG. You can power through missions and level up on your own, but honestly, who has time for that? I'd suggest finding a trainer who can increase your skill level by one. They're like the rare candies of Amalur. (High-five for the Pokemon reference.) Every trainer has a skill window you must fall into to get training. For basic trainers you'll need to be level 0-3 and for advanced trainers, you'll need a skill level of 4-6.

Keep reading to see a list of Trainer and Backpack locations.

Trainer Tip: Trainers do cost money so I'd recommend you level up the Detect Hidden stat first so you'll always be on the hunt for good loot you can sell. Mercantile is another helpful skill to upgrade as it will help increase the price on items you sell.

Efyr Dynnwell, after completing Time of Need/Master's Touch is in Ironfast Keep. You get Haldebier's Blade after it is repaired. He also is Advanced Blacksmith (4-7) trainer.

You might want to add that you can permanently disqualify yourself from basic training services by using skill books or advanced or master trainers. I think it only happens with your racial bonuses, but it's best to be careful anyway.

Thanks for the guide, found it quite useful after playing for numerous hours and taking advantage of the fateweavers to go back and buy some basic skills while everything was set to 0.

An idea for a future guide that I would like to see would be, the locations and stats/requirements/pictures of the various sets of armor that offer multiple set piece bonuses.

I think it's ok...no problem at all. Since we are talking about STAR WARS...SWTOR is the best game. I'm playing all the time, i have 2 characters with lvl 50. I was a QA member and i played the game with 6 months before release. I know it very well. You can check out some guides here: http://swtor.nightwin.com

I would wait for KoA to drop in price personally. I'm willing to pitch 40 towards the game but not the full 60. The graphics get screwy, the controls feel...soupy, and it generally comes across as a solid 3/5 for me which means definitely not worth the high price tag. They seem to suffer from the same thing Lion Head Studios does every time a Fable game is in the offing...

That screen shot looks hot, no pun intended. I'm waiting for the Wicther2 to see which Rpg to pick up.
