I know we're all looking forward to Grand Theft Auto 5, but it's time to take a look back at GTA 4, specifically, the amazing ICEnhancer 2.0, the just released graphical enhancement mod that makes GTA 4 look as next-gen as any game I have ever seen.

I see no real difference in the city or people details with the exception of lightened colors. The cars on the other hand look amazing, especially that Shelby Mustang.
