Update: The YouTube video we originally posted was pulled. Above, you'll find the entire speech from DICE last night. The Skyrim mod bit comes in at about 21:25.
This is really neat, but let's make the context clear first. The video above doesn't actually show off upcoming Skyrim DLC. Rather, it's a compilation of what are essentially Skyrim mods from the game's developers. After Skyrim was released last year, the team was given one week to put whatever they wanted to into the game.
Howard says pretty much the same thing before playing the sizzle reel for the gathered DICE crowd (via Joystiq). There's some really cool stuff to be seen in there, and it's something that every Skyrim fan should take a look at.
My favorite part though? How this official Bethesda-produced video uses music that riffs on the game's utterly ridiculous "arrow in the knee" line, which became such a popular meme last year. Always welcome to see a dev acknowledging things like that with good humor.

They need to bring back organized storage instead of a big, long list (when storing, you can flip through weapons/armor/misc/etc).

Wow some of those things I would have loved. Small things like the footprints, correct water shader, magic and ranged killcams. Some of the more gamebreaking stuff was cool too but not something I'm dieing for (dragon mounts) House building doesn't seem necessary because this isn't minecraft. All of the stuff was cool though, and even cooler that they did it in a week. Some of this stuff would take a modder forever to do.

I LOVE Skyrim with every bone in my body, I really do... But the vampires REALLY pissed me off. I mean sweet Jesus. I thought when an NPC drops to his knees you'd be able to feed on him but nooo God forbid. You have to sneak into his house while he's sleeping. So I screamed like a little fan boy when I saw the Vampire upgrades in this video. Please, please, PLEASE, add this in!!!! -Ps. The Werewolf stuff along with the dragon and house building and adoption looked amazing too!! Please add! <3
