The 2012 DICE Summit is beginning, gamers. To start the conference off right, the great Todd "Skyrim Creator" Howard will be delivering a opening keynote entitled "Why We Create, Why We Play." You can watch it right here, just by clicking play on the video below.  The speech is scheduled to start at 6:30 PM PST and end at 7:30 PM PST.
