According to Chinese media, a 23-year-old gamer named Chen Rong-yu died a terrible, lonely death last week. He had been playing Riot Games' League of Legends in a Taipei gaming center and dropped dead, most likely of a heart condition. None of the thirty or so other gamers in the cafe noticed the corpse in their midst for nine hours.
Reportedly, Rong-yu was sitting upright in his chair with his hands still on the keyboard. While his death was most likely caused by an underlying condition, according to the Chinese media, extenuating circumstances may have included the cold temperatures in the building and a lack of movement from Rong-yu -- staying perfectly still for long periods of time can cause blood clots.
This is a PSA for all gamers: Get up and stretch your legs every once in a while; go grab a Hot Pocket or something. Also: maybe check in on your fellow human beings every so often. Don't make a huge effort or anything, but make sure they're not, you know, dead or anything.

Some speculation:
Probably someone young, adolescent years; frail, skinny, body; lacking nutrients and essentially food(energy) therefore the lack of; highly sedentary(of course an mmrpg).

WOW guys really were (BTW i'm talking to all Americans) the fattest country in the world and your judging china and Korea i mean for all that time some of you spend online its pretty ridiculous you all don't know this hell we have TV shows on how fat and lazy we are lol i was watching this show Fat Chef the other day and its pretty foocking ridiculous OH and not only that have you seen are youth...... a 13year old kid walked into my classroom yesterday (i'm a teacher for a Junior high school in CA ) and he was at-least 180pounds and hes not the only one....i mean Obesity is like a plague here having Asians only take up 16.7% of it ,white people taking up 50%, Hispanic&black 40%, and other minority's 4.3%.......... given the fact 1.5million heart attacks happen in the US a year and 75% percent of them amounting in deaths....hell I'd say Asia's looking pretty good right now. anyways have a nice day :)

I remember my friend telling me something like this over 10 years ago, this guy was at an Internet cafe for 3 days straight and then died playing some online game. The last time I found myself Playing video games for several hours straight was when I got Fallout 3, now I'm kind of scared to try Skyrim, my other friend was on that game non stop for several weeks, the only time he wasn't playing was when he was at work.

When I play video games for a long time, I get up sometimes instead of sitting all the time. I wonder why something like this happens to Asians way too much.

I'm sorry he went out playing that garbage game. Lol all you want, say I suck at LoL, but I've never even played it. I watched someone play and the graphics are crap, the invisibility in the jungle is a stupid crutch, etc. Hopefully he found something better to play in Heaven.
