Namco Bandai Confirms Inversion's Delay

UPDATE: Namco Bandai has confirmed Inversion's delay. A release date was not announced but Namco Bandai still hopes to release Inversion "some time in early 2012."

Namco Bandai's gravity defying shooter Inversion may have been delayed according to a several retailers. GameFly and GameStop now show a March 27, 2012 release date. Last we heard from Namco Bandai, Inversion was set for February 7th, 2012.

I can see why they might want to delay it. February 7th is also the day Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning and The Darkness 2 come out. Although most games have been moving their games away from March, like Ghost Recon: FS and Max Payne 3.

We'll let you know as soon as Namco Bandai confirms or denies.

I'm really excited for The Darkness 2. Inversion caught my eye early on, and although it looks interesting and fun, I don't expect it to wow me. Maybe it can prove me wrong.
