Good news, Whovians. Those of you who were left wanting after last week's Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock screenshot reveal get a giant treat today in the form of a gameplay trailer that also showcases the game's diverse array of enemies. Also, it's coming in March. No big deal.
The trailer, posted on PlayStation Blog, should delight fans of the long-running sci-fi series with its revelation that the game will pit the good Doctor against a diverse array of familiar enemies. The platforming gameplay looks very slick, too; much more Shadow Complex than Super Mario Bros. There's no release DATE, but the game will be coming to both PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita in March.
Note that the post also mentions that a certain "new" monster got cut. Its identity isn't revealed, but the blog mentions that "it will make an appearance in a future game." Ladies and gentlemen, we have sequel confirmation. Enjoy the trailer.

It's too bad this doesn't look like a good game. I love the Doctor and was really hoping for something I could sink my teeth into, and not some side scrolling platformer. It's pretty disappointing, the whoverse deserves something a lot more in depth into the story freedom that the TARDIS allows. Imagine the Mass Effect universe with time travel!
Also this game needs more 10th doctor.
