Last week we went to Las Vegas for CES and we brought back all of that knowledge to you on this week's Feedback. Morgan Webb filled in as host since Blair Herter was on special assignment in Thailand*. Jessica Chobot, Stephen Johnson and Mike D'Alonzo rounded out the rest of the panel.

CES is the public's chance to check out the future of tech. There were PCs, tablets and smart TVS, but our favorite thing there was refrigerator. Check out this week's episode to find out why!

Feedback :: CES 2012 Round-Up »

The AUDIO MP3 of this episode of FEEDBACK is available here: Right-click and Save.

Over the past weekend rumors were running rampant on those darn interwebs indicating THQ's future was in trouble. THQ has since denied these rumors. Everyone on the Feedback panel chimed in to discuss why they think THQ might be down, but definitely not out.

Of course we wrapped up this episode with your questions. We answered a bunch this time, so make sure to stick around until the end to see if we answered yours.

The comment section is your chance to flatter us with your compliments. Our egos need stroking. Yeah,  I said it.

I hope I speak for the most gamers but I know I look at the developers and publishers who were invovlved in making the game becasue games can be sold or no bought based on who worked on this game

Also I did do it all for the nookie

Bring back the elevator in Mass Effect, Jess? Maybe, but only if I'm able to move around.

So what you guys are saying is that Mass Effect 3 is going to have no innovation but will use the same gameplay masterfully and continue the story...

so its going to get negative points for that like Uncharted 3?

Finally, a feedback session with good info, delivered professionally in a fun and entertaining manner vs forced sophomoric humor and awkward competition for airtime between participants. Please come back again!

This is a real comment about this weeks feed. Gamers in general dont know or look at which developers/companies make games. Most of us still just care which consoles carry the games and if we can buy them for our systems that we own. Casual gamers grew up buying games that: look cool, are popular, are available at a good price. For years gamers have bought good and bad games from all consoles and all developers so we dont usually make our decisions to buy games based on the company who made it.

    This is real !

Regarding THQ, whatever you think about the "rumors", they didn't exactly *deny* as such that they *weren't* looking to sell their Warhammer 40k MMO, and their stock price did fall to an all time low of 0.65$ from 5$ at the beginning of 2011, not to say the 40$ that they were valued at in 2007, so there is something there aside of "rumors" and the expectations in general are that THQ won't make it that much longer. I sure wish that to be proven wrong, because I enjoy their titles, but I'm a realist xD

Also, load screens are a lot more of a problem on consoles, especially if you have a PC sporting an SSD, the "elevators" were kind of drawn-out on that, I'd rather have had a 2 second loadscreen :P

Personally, while I know the original has been dis-allowed. I'm ready for a 2012 remix of that classic, "Feedback! VIDEO GAMES!". I just found myself singing it an hour ago and it compelled me to check in on The Feed. Catchy theme songs are catchy.

That being said, I emphatically do not need to see the video again. A single viewing was enough to indelibly scorch the passions it inflamed onto my very ld. Please never again, for I may lose all semblance of control

Feedback has been really great. Rotating in many different people from the G4 staff provides variety, but since there are usually four spots there s always a familiar face as well. I love it when Blobot are both on, but one or the other at least is still always good. I do often hope to see Adam, but I've never been disappointed he's not there, you know? Thanks for keeping Feedback vital and fun!

A great feedback, Steven and Jessica are hilarious. As for Morgan hosting she did a great job, seemed little rushed but still a great job. I mean I love Blair but switching it up now and again is fine too.

    Dear Feedback,

I apologize for not watching you on Wednesday and Thursday. The culprit: Skyrim.

With that out of the way I want to say Morgan did an excellent job hosting. I'm surprised she isn't on more. The whole crew (Jessica, Stephen a.k.a. Da Bawss, and Mike) was really good as well. I had such a good time watching. Keep it up!

Yippie!!! Morgan!!! Love the show. Stephen Johnson, you have sold me on "I am alive". When I spend my microsoft points on that game Microsoft needs to send you a thank you note sir. Morgan I think people are aware of Kingdom of Amalur, but if they are like me they are still playing Skryim. 250+ hours in and I still haven't found every location and have only barely touched the Bards quest line and the Dark Brotherhood line, nor have I finished the Theives Guild or Companions line, nor the line for either side of the civil war. TWO HUNDERD AND FIFTY PLUS HOURS. That is CRAZY. Jessica I am soooo glad you spoke up concerning the Kinect and Mass Effect 3. I am really looking forward to blending the functionality of the Kinect into "regular" games. Love the line up and loved this show. Thanks everyone.
