Now that Minecraft isn't in beta anymore, the game is done. Right? WRONG. That game will never be done, certainly not as long as Mojang exists to tinker with it. Today the developer releases its v1.1 update, adding a variety of fun new features to the block world-builder.
Like what, you ask? How about sheep that regrow their wool coats after you trim them? Or apple drops that come from trees? If combat is more your thing, you'll also have monster eggs available to spawn mobs whenever you want. And on the off chance you can't understand a word of what's written here because of a language barrier, you'll be pleased to learn that there are new language options as well.
At least, you WOULD be pleased to read that if you could actually understand the language. Check out the full list of new features after the jump.
- Bow Enchantments
- Golden Apple recipe
- New language translations.
- Slightly smoothed color transitions between biomes
- Reduced brewing time to 20 seconds
- Added spawn eggs to creative (the colors of the eggs even look like the mobs)
- Added world type options (currently only super-flat and default)
- Removed collision box from ladders
- Sheep eat grass and regain their wool
- Plus many bug fixes!

Quick question if someone can't understand a word of what's written here because of a language barrier how will they know that there is a new language option?
