Unit 13 PS Vita Game Confirmed For A March 6 Release

One of the PlayStation Vita launch window titles that I'm most excited about is Unit 13, a third-person modern warfare shooter from SOCOM dev Zipper Interactive. The game is very on-the-go-play friendly, serving up a large number of bite-sized missions that you can play through multiple times to level up the game's various soldier classes. The game had originally been revealed as a launch window title, and it was clear to me when I saw the game in December that it would be very close to the Vita's February 22 launch, based on how content-complete it seemed to be. Turns out that it's REALLY close. Like 'two weeks later' close. Sony confirmed at CES this week that Unit 13 will arrive on March 6, a Twitter update from @PlayStation reveals.

So go ahead, mark your calendar and put aside a little more of that hard-earned cash as another hot-looking Vita launch lineup game firms up.
