It is time for me to get a new computer, and SW:TOR has caught my eye. Could you recommend a good desk top for gaming that is not an expensive "gaming" computer? What do you guys tour the galaxy with?

    Hi Feedback Crew,

CES is usually not utilized to make video game announcements; however, with most manufacturers--LG, Samsung, etc--enabling apps in their devices, such as television sets and refrigerators, how do you believe the gaming industry will adapt to technology being transported to domestic appliances?

I believe that a more robust notification and control system would be integrated into all appliances, i.e remotely controlling all devices from any device and viewing notifications from any device, be it xbox live, PSN, MMO notifications, or more.

    Thanks,

    Adriel Velazquez

Do you think the next generation of consoles will still use disks? If not what do you think they will use? Will everything be downloaded or on some type of memory drive

do you think that big name developers will start making smaller games on the side of bigger games, like skyrim or gears of war, for less than $60 to combate smaller studios who are making it with downlowdable games. more importantly do you think there would be enough profit for them to do this. will consumrs pay $40 for a smaller game or will they need to ad $20 worth of DLC to make it worth the avrage gamers money?

With the rumors that 4K televisions are going to start showing up at CES. What are the chances that one of the next generation consoles takes advantage of the new format.

So first some facts. The PC is pulling ahead in the gaming industry due to its capability in the processor and GPU area. (Among other things.) It is relatively easy to upgrade, and the current generation of consoles can't really compete with that. This said, do you think it would be a logical step for Sony and Microsoft to have some kind of simple way to upgrade your hardware in the next generation of console? Elaborate on your answers.

    Dear Feedback

I've read an article on IGN stating, "Sony and Mircosoft's new systems will be announced at this year's E3" I personally believe that it is too early for a new system because we've figured out the full capabilities of the systems we have now not too long ago. What do you think the Next-Gen systems will offer us?

Is there a future for console gaming looking forward with onlive working as well as it seems to be working, and if so is there a place where the companies can fill that loss of console sales and move into a more entertainment super box kind'a thingy? In addison how would that impact the PC gamers? I mean it would mean the end of the war between console and PC gamers, if that happens what will all the 30 somethings living in their parents basements have to bitch about between raids? kidding love those silly PC kids

Do you think Kaz Hirai is the right choice to replace Howard Stringer as President of Sony? Do you think this will help or hurt Sony's public relations with western audiences?

With the recent release of the not-so-great hardware and software sales figures of the Japanese model PSP Vita, what are your predictions for the release of the system in North America?

Will the PSP Vita have a slow start like Nintendo's 3DS had? Or will the system exceed your expectations from the beginning?

    Feedback Crew,

While I'm sure most gamers would agree that games are an artistic medium, it seems like few games have used the potential of the medium as an artform to any great degree. Games like Heavy Rain or L.A. Noire have made steps in this direction, but often only at a cursory level, and suffer from plot holes or poor characterization that hold it back.

Do you think we'll ever see a game that goes beyond gaming as pure entertainment and uses the strengths of the medium to make overt artistic expressions? It's hard not to feel the potential gaming has to tell stories through both traditional narrative and its unique interactive mechanics. Do you think developers will continue pushing into that direction as the audience ages and matures, or do you think it will be take more time before we finally get our "Citizen Kane" of video games?

I love the mindless fun a game like Call of Duty can provide through its Michael Bay-esque story, but it's hard not to hunger for something intellectual at times, too.

Thanks, and keep up the great show.

I know you guys already did the 2012 themed episode, but to look ahead one more time: what genre do you think will dominate 2012? Last year seemed like the year of the shooter, so do you think it will happen again or will RPGs or some other genre be the one on everyone's minds?

What mods have you used for the games you are playing? I've seen some crazy Skyrim ones that I definitely want to try out. Also do you know what happened to that Half-Life HD remake mod? Its been in development forever....
