Soul Calibur 5 has officially gone gold, just in time for its release at the end of the month. To get gamers in the soulcaliburin(?) mood, Namco Bandai has released a trailer showing off some of the game's male fighters. I do think I should note, boobs are absent from this trailer. I can only assume an Ivy, Tira, and Natsu trailer is on its way.
In the mean time, check out this trailer featuring Xiba, Cervantes, Aeon and Yoshimitsu.
Soul Calibur 5 will be released on January 31 for the Xbox 360 and PS3. (The trailer says 2-2-2012, that's the European release date.)

Well, looks like this game is going to be Rated E. Why does it seem that game's or just media/mainstream is going in two completely different direction's. It's as if the the games stuck in between M and E, not just necessarily T game's but just in general seem to be going into extreme categories. If it started off as violent yet childish franchise, it's either going to go to the Extreme Violent side or go to the Extreme Childish side. The Rated T is diminishing.. But is still kept alive with game's such as these. Being the only reason that it's T is because of fighting (violence) and, well as it seem's to have disappeared in this installment, partial nudity. And while game's are going to the I guess Disney side, there are more game's going to the darker side (no Star War's pun intended). Becoming more like Gears of War or God of War. Look at the Modern Warfare title. CoD 4 started just straight Military Shooter (campaign), and over these past 2 installment's it's gone noticeably darker. With the "No Russian" which basically banned it in Russia, and "Davis Family Vacation" which was kind of disturbing. It seem's as though the M rated title's are getting a huge budget and just the highest quality everything, while T is diminishing, and E is just going on with its business
