Skyrim is easily the GotY. Just because they have their own opinion doesn't mean their biased toward a game. Im pissed at them for giving Call of Booty best multiplayer, but i'm not complaining, now am i? ;)

I mean 100% accurate in my eyes, and exactly how i would of picked.
And i am a BF3 fan, but i think that MW3 has a way better console play than BF3, while BF3 is only good on PC.

I'm just glad Skyward Sword got best soundtrack, since I liked it, and as much I as would have loved to see it as GotY, we all knew that no game this year could give Skyrim any actual trouble in that category.

It's funny how everyone wants the game they bought to win awards to justify their purchases. Anyway, G4 is getting worse and worse. I don't understand how Call of Duty won best multiplayer. Skyrim is full of glitches, but it still won Game of the Year. Uncharted isn't even nominated for GOTY but Saint's Row and L.A. Noire are. It's honestly getting harder and harder to take G4 seriously. Not only that, they're always late reporting on news and they never break any new news themselves.

By doing this, G4 jsut took a massive nose dive in about half of its visitors/member's respect. I'm sure SKyrim deverves a special award, but it lost to Zelda via fan vote over a week ago. Grow up G4, accept that it lost in the 2nd ot last round and let whoever won next (ACR or ZSS) be on top.
I'm never visiting this site again. Their word is useless, in correct, biased, unfair and downright rigged. G4 pulled Skyrim from the loser ballots and put it back in front because they felt like it, not because enough fans voted for it. At that point I would of MUCH rather of seen ACR or ZSS win.
Goodbye G4, you were so useless.....

I'm so freaking confused, didn't Skyrim lose in the and to last round? Why're they suddenly saying it's #1? What happened to ACR and LoZSS?????

I personally found Arkham City to be my Game of the Year (in terms of personal enjoyment), but I can see why pretty much everyone is giving it to Skryim. It is a remarkable game in terms of scope and even if you personally didn't care for it, you can't help but appreciate what it did.

Hey G4! Kudos for showing who won what without the need for us to click below the " cut". That plus not giving madden and Zelda a free pass with the awards this year. I think I'm see a little more integrity in the gaming media.
And I'm sorry but any Nintendo fan who thinks Zelda should be GOTY over Skyrim is out of their minds. Maybe 25 years ago, but now? No way! I echo what other have said, because I agree. Zelda may not be a bd game, but no way is it that good compared to what's out in the market TODAY!

i wonder who is on the take at g4 bf3 beat cod in a online vote at this website,but it still loses for best online multiplayer game??? and then g4 throws a token award for best sound toward battlefield what a joke sounds like bad politics to me p.s skyrim 10 out of 10? not even close no multiplayer g4's ability to honestly evaluate games??? : /

What multiplayer were you guys playing?! BF3 was hands down better in every way than MW3. You guys lost some credibility in my department. Or at least i hope it was to keep the codfags from bitching

Im really glad both skyrim and ss won something big. Couldn't have been better for me this year.

Wow... Sometimes i wonder when the internet will stop surprising me with how petty people are. How about we all do what is supposed to happen when awards are given out. Congratulate everyone who got one AND the ones who gave it a shot. Stop whining about who didn't win. Just shut up and play game you wanted to win. Does a lot more good to the world than you speaking.
