Indie sensation Stacking from Double Fine Productions, the game where you assume the role of a 1920s Russian doll named Charlie to solve puzzles, is officially coming to the PC. We found out about this stupendous news during Tim Schafer's acceptance speech on X-Play's Best of 2011 Awards Episode. Check out the full acceptance speech and announcement below.
As you can see from the video, the details on Stacking coming to the PC, while hilarious, are extremely slim. However, if you haven't played the game yet on either XBLA or the PSN then you're in for a charming treat when it hits the PC probably some time in 2012.
Are you excited for Stacking to come to the PC? What do you think of this announcement?

Stacking was a great idea and a lot of fun. It didn't have the same lasting effect on me as Bastion, but there's no sense splitting hairs over it. At least they were both nominated.

Amazing concept, brought the adventure genre like talking to NPCs, figuring out clues, multiple solutions to a puzzle (rare in adventure games!), with an amazing art style, soundtrack and humour.
STACKING coming to PC! Double Fine killing it with the PC announcements!

A fantastic innovative game, fully deserved "Best Downloadable Game". Though I'm sure a few others deserved the award too.

Looking Forward to Playing it......

I'm glad for this, while I enjoyed costume quest, I sort of do want something else too.
