Nintendo recently reassured fans that the final 10 Ambassador Program games are still coming before the end of this year. Early 3DS adopters miffed over the significant price drop that came only a few months after the handheld's March release got their 10 free NES games in September, and now an e-mail sent to Ambassadors in Japan confirms that the final 10 -- GBA games, the lot of them -- are coming this Friday, December 16 (via TechCrunch).
The e-mail also confirmed what those final 10 games are, though we already knew five of the titles: Yoshi's Island: Super Mario Advance 3, Mario Kart: Super Circuit, Metroid Fusion, WarioWare, Inc.: Minigame Mania and Mario Vs. Donkey Kong. The remaining five are: F-Zero: Maximum Velocity, The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap, Kirby and the Amazing Mirror, Wario Land 4 and Fire Emblem.
Note that Nintendo's U.S. website still hasn't been updated with this release timing or games list. We've checked in for confirmation, so stay tuned.

I already played Minnish cap. It's good.
I have no interest in racing without weapons.
Kirby, Wario and Fire Emblem sound good.

I'm not excited about these titles at all... they'll get about as much play as the NES ones got. (which wasn't a lot) I wouldn't justify an extra $80 for these or the NES titles.

That's not too bad of a selection I suppose. I kinda wish they'd have put in the 2 Golden Sun games or Metroid Zero Mission but at least Fire Emblem is there. That game's near impossible to find.

I feel like the GBA selection is a lot better than the NES ones. Anyways I'm excited to get my hands on these.

Ugh, damn. The only game I don't have is Fire Emblem. Just like the first set of games, why couldn't they offer something I didn't buy and finish years ago?
