Commmand & Conquer fans are no doubt keenly aware that Electronic Arts is hoping that new series overseer Victory Games breathes some new life into the aging real-time strategy franchise with its upcoming effort. We've heard nothing concrete about that game, but some newly filed EA domain registrations at least hint toward a title.
Command & Conquer Alliances. That's the baseline we're working with. The 15 registrations present multiple takes on the title, with subtitles pulled from various past C&C games: Generals, Red Alert and Tiberium. Check out the full list (discovered by Fusible) after the jump and start speculating!

I really hope that the next installment is alot better than 4 because that game was soooo bad because they shifted so far away from the formula althought I still get on xbl with some friends to play C&C kanes wraft every once in a while even with the triangle of BF3, Skyrim and MW3

I used to love the GDI in CnC, until CnC 3... then it was the NOD and their Avatars! I got into the beta for CnC 4... tried to like it... but I refuse to but it. IT IS NOT a game I can ever play! SORRY. CnC 4 is a myth... a game that should have never happened... and in my mind, never does!

Sometimes I didn't like expansion packs like 'Firestorm' or 'Aftermath' and the like. Then I didn't like Red Alert 3... I also disliked some of the last CnC I played (Twilight mayhaps?)
My problems with these is they were a little too 'extravagant' and too far out of the realm of possibility...
This was never too big of a problem because 'expansion packs' are always an alternate storyline that never is taken into consideration in the next installment.
And then I realized that the entire series is made of time travelers and and things that are impossible... So i realized I was a B eye tea see ach about it.
But still Red Alert 3 was horrible. And honestly I couldn't bring myself to finish most of CnC 3 and the CnC Series just doesn't interest me anymore.
What EA needs to do is do another Generals. As much as that game is not CnC it's a fun little game because it's realistic. Except for the horrible cartoony 'GLA' and the fact that you are forced to watch badly scripted events prior to taking command of the field.
EA Could also get the guys are respawn to recreate CnC: Renegade. You could use credits much like the Original did to purchase layouts and the game being updated (with a new storyline) could be interesting. A CnC FPS could be epic if done correctly. I'm sure I could do it correctly... If I knew what the heck I was doing ever.
CnC Movie could actually be really good too if done correctly but let's face it, EA and Hollywood would never allow a Video Game Movie to be Made Correctly. (Max Payne)

It was so sad that C&C 4 was utter crap, considering it was the conclusion to the huge Tiberium story with Kane and the Scrin. Looking forward to something that says yeah sorry we gave you that turd last time, this will be a proper C&C game. Fingers crossed for a Generals sequel. (Loved Generals/Zero Hour)

After C&C4 I have no faith in them. It felt like the "Batman & Robin" of the series. Perhaps a reboot is in order? If so which universe? Personally I'd like it to be in Generals.

After orgins and EA now forcing you to use it for every game they make, I don't even want to consider what they will do with the next command and conquer. I just want the old ea back that would give you great games without any hassle and without ruining the franchise.
