Sly Cooper HD Re-Releases Hits PSN On November 29 With No PS Move Minigames

More Sly Cooper will be coming soon enough, when Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time, the series' first new game since 2005, comes to PlayStation 3 sometime next year (we hope). You won't have to wait that long if you don't want to though, as Sony will be turning last year's disc release of the series' three-game HD collection into a PlayStation Network title on November 29; it's $29.99 for the set or $9.99 for each individual game.

The three remastered PlayStation 2 games all boast a 720p widescreen display and 3D support, and they run at a steady 60 fps. Also, Trophies. Of course. The original disc-based release of the collection has an edge though, as the PlayStation Blog post announcing the news confirms that the PS Move-powered minigames will not be included in the PSN release. This is still a good chance to catch up on one of the last console generation's classics before diving in with Thieves in Time.
