What happened to the PC version of EA's "The Run". It cannot be found anywhere in Best Buy stores and/or WalMart. You can find the xbox version etc, put not the PC version. Does anybody out there know why?

Ok so me and a buddy of mine have played the "the run" and we both have come to the conclusion that the game is pretty and that's it. this goes out to the need for speed design team pull your heads of out of your ass's and go back to what you do best open world environment, the ability to modify your car from the ground up. nfs the run is a step in the wrong direction this game sucks you go from point a to point b in a car that you cant mod and you only get to run on the track that's set before you. in other words need for speed design team we the gamers say YOUR FIRED!!

After watching this video, I was delighted when they said to race to Las Vegas, only to see it end outside of the city, I was hoping to see a full race all the way from the city to Vegas in real time

This game seems to have lowish scores on metacritic. From watching these 15 minutes, Im not sure how. Then again, watching a video and playing are two different things. I usually hate stories in racing games, but this seems very cool to me. The music at the beginning and whole opening cut scene leading into the game very nice and seamless. It gets my vote so far.

Some dude from five years ago called. He wants his first back. Seriously, people still do this? It's a f'ing need for speed article.

This person Noob playing. The game is saying what to do and isn't doing it. But the game does look good. May go and get or atleast rent it from gamefly.

Everytime I hear Need for Speed: the Run, I tend to think it's not about racing, it's about a bad night at Taco Bell, and he's driving fast for a whole different reason.

ok so if im understanding this right the run isnt an open world game?
what the hell people if your a hard core need for speed fan like i am then you are waiting for the design team to wake up and smell the burning rubber. need for speed made it great when they made underground 2. i mean the need for speed really kicked off when they gave the player the ablity to mod the cars they drove in game and to drive any where they wanted. so if this game isnt that way then i know there are going to pissed off gamers just as much as ill be!!
