Crossovers. Is there anything they CAN'T do? Today brings the delightfully bizarre news that Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception is getting a DLC pack that adds Killzone 3-themed skins to the game's online multiplayer. The $1.49 add-on packs includes a Capture Trooper character skin, plus an ISA helmet and a Helghast helmet, the PlayStation Blog confirms.
The pack is free for those who bought the $24.99 Fortune Hunters' Club, which is the Uncharted 3 take on a season pass. The Sony blog also mentions that work is currently underway on something called "Flashback Map Pack #1," which indicates that some classic maps are coming to the game, and that at least one more, similar pack may follow it. Check out one teasing Flashback image above and another at the source, along with pics of the Killzone pack contents.

The fort. I like how they're bringing all the old maps back as the opposite of what they were in Uncharted 2. The the Molten Ruins instead of the Flooded Ruins and the High Rise is like really early in the morning! AND how the Facility is frozen! :D They also have teaser images of the Ice Cave toughed out. :DD I'm excited.

Why can't the DLC for this game be single player content instead of all this multiplayer garbage?

Keeping in mind these are the same companies that made spyro and crash bandicoot, it doesn't surprise me at all CTR had a demo of Spyro in it, and Spyro had a demo of CTR in it.

That image in the article looks an awful like the original Gears of War mansion map.
