Ah, Minecraft. Is there anything you can't do? The latest bit of wizardry from Mojang's popular world-building PC game is called Gemception: Gem Collector. It's a game-within-a-game that's been built to be played inside Minecraft. And it actually works.
Gemception is a simple game in which you guide a block through a maze, collecting four colored gems by using basic D-pad controls on an in-game, Minecraft-ed NES controller. There's a health bar, a game over animation and in-game sounds; this is definitely a video game.
