It's a battle of the 3's on this week's episode of Feedback. Ladies and Gentlemen, your panel! (the crowd goes wild) Blair Herter is in the hot seat as host. He is joined by Jessica Chobot, Adam Sessler and Matt Keil.
In the left corner we have Battlefield 3. The Dice and EA heavy-hitter promises to offer fast-paced FPS action. And in the right corner we have Uncharted 3. Naughty Dog and Sony have been training this title to be ultimate Sony exclusive.
When these two titles go head-to-head, the discussion will get out of control.
We don't want to forget about the real heroes though, I'm talking about you, the audience. That's why we answered three fan feedback questions this week. Each user we mentioned is getting a Bethesda prize pack!
The AUDIO MP3 of this episode of FEEDBACK is available here: Right-click and Save.
Who do you think the victor was? Hint: The winners are all of us, gamers.
Check back next week for Modern Warfare 3 coverage!
Special shout out to Astro for those swanky headphones.

Good feedback guys.

What the hell are these guys talking about? Halo is a FPS and it has by far the best story of any video game I have ever played, along with the Metal Gear Solid story.

Wish they would of cut out a few of those mid-episode questions and talk about Uncharted longer but still an entertaining show, until next week...

BF3 is WORTH the buy on the PC simply for the Multiplayer
I own all the Uncharted games and believe Uncharted 3 is the best. It is hands down the BEST 3D game out on the market. I didnt like my 3D TV until I played this and now im glad I bought it. Uncharted 3 in 3D made the experience more immerse and fun and I high recommend buying the game.
Just b/c Sessler gave it 4 out of 5 doesnt mean anything. IGN gave it a 10 out of 10 and Metacritic gave it 93. All 3 are OUTSTANDING scores if thats how you wanna rate a game...
Good action, story, characters, puzzels, comedy, etc. I give it 2 thumbs up

I must disagree entirely about Uncharted 3. I completely understand the point about the story, they could have done a lot of things that they didn't do, but I don't think it was hurt for that. I love the direction they took with the story, without spoilers, I felt it was new and interesting. More so than anything I felt the end explored Drakes character fantastically. They didn't leave off the bit about him learning he was endangering his friends, he learned that lesson, and it effected him even during the final sequence. Finally I feel naughty dog isn't done with these enemies, I feel they have more to say about a certain character in future titles. I loved Uncharted 2 but I feel uncharted 3 is my favorite game of all times. I'm glad to hear your opinion, and I understand. I just wanted to share mine as well.

1) The SESSLER!
2) Has Matt lost weight? Lookin' good, sir.
3) I find it interesting that all of a sudden (or at least it feels that way) the single player campaign matters in BF3 when the whole point of games of this type (Modern Warfare being the classic example) is the multiplayer--games famous for afterthought, single player campaigns shorter than most iOS games and often ignored completely by hardcore FPS players.

Okay, when Blair was just a guest, his humor was very amusing. Now that he's the host, it's like he can't say anything serious. It's really irritating. It's like he's TRYING to be funny.

I own both and I have to say that Uncharted 3 was better. Battlefield 3's mp is great and I do like the co-op but the campaign isn't very good. Uncharted 3 has a great campaign, co-op and mp so IMO overall Uncharted 3 is the better game.

always GREAT to see Adam!!! Still having a hard time seeing him on the other side of the table, as long as he is still actively part of feedback then we're good :-D

Dear cast and crew of Feedback,
In the last decade, there have been several monumental shifts in game design, and genre popularity, in particular First Person Shooters coming to be at the forefront of game sales. Two genres in particular which have seemingly disappeared from the public's eye areReal Time Strategy/Turn Based Strategy, and Flying Shooters. With the exception of Starcraft 2, or rather Blizzard games for that matter, I honestly can't recall the last time I saw a large budget strategy game. Concerning the flying shooter genre, I can't say I've played a quality game since Rogue Squadron or Crimson Skies Why do you think this has become the case? Could it be that the game design of these genres has simply gotten stale, or is it that the game studios and developers who once made the games we loved and cherished have moved on to separate projects? For instance, if Westwood Studios was still around, do you believe they could pump out an RTS that would be able to receive the same popularity as the early Command and Conquer games? Or perhaps if FASA Studios hadn't shut down, we might be praising a new Crimson Skies launch trailer. I'm interested to hear your thoughts on the matter.
Yours truly,
Taylor Henderson

The campaign is mind numbingly awful and DICE should be forced to reimburse buyers 15$ for my wasted time on it

I'm excited to find out what the hell is in my 'Bethesda Prize Pack'

"temple of doom was terrible," ......Douche
Your criteria for "terrible" is terrible. Kingdom of the Crystal skulls, now that was terrible.
