It's a battle of the 3's on this week's episode of Feedback. Ladies and Gentlemen, your panel! (the crowd goes wild) Blair Herter is in the hot seat as host. He is joined by Jessica Chobot, Adam Sessler and Matt Keil.
In the left corner we have Battlefield 3. The Dice and EA heavy-hitter promises to offer fast-paced FPS action. And in the right corner we have Uncharted 3. Naughty Dog and Sony have been training this title to be ultimate Sony exclusive.
When these two titles go head-to-head, the discussion will get out of control.
We don't want to forget about the real heroes though, I'm talking about you, the audience. That's why we answered three fan feedback questions this week. Each user we mentioned is getting a Bethesda prize pack!

2 Observations... and yes, I realized that they have nothing to do with video games.
Blair was wearing a Throwdown shirt. Awesome! Way to represent the MMA community. I know a lot of other people may not care about MMA, but being a part of it myself, I appreciate when people from different cultures support the brands (this one in particular not being as heavily represented as some of the other brands, ie. Tapout, Affliction) that drive another.
Why was Jessica trying to advertently cover her shirt when we can obviously tell that its two unicorns humping?

Get rid of MP? Your crazy Mr Keil dont you know EVERY game NEEDS MP these days. Well according to EA at least and look at there record! Its absolutely flawless with awesome examples of needed MP everywhere I mean would anyone have bought Dead Space 2 without it?

I heard Adam telling that story onKOTOR where he was cruel to that NPC so many times now. But it's still funny every time I hear it.
Wait, did Adam just said for the next Battlefield to implement a subscription model? Was that him or somebody else? If it's him, well, I think a lot of people will disagree with you and even if you do a Sessler's Soapbox on why it's good idea, I doubt it will change many minds. Also, Adam still going on about how Uncharted 2 to Uncharted 3 was only two years apart, when it's the same for Uncharted 1 to 2? Adam, you got to stop using that when you criticize Uncharted 3.
I have to disagree regarding Battlelog. I was skeptical about it at first but I found it quite easy to use and when I'm waiting for matches to free up, I can browse the net and stuff. Sometimes, games get screwed up when ALT TABing, so I didn't find it to be a big burden as I first thought it would be.
I don't know why, Matt Keil didn't focus on Battlelog in his review. Morgan Webb wrote about Battle.net and RealID on her review of Starcraft II. But really Matt, you dabbed a little bit on the PC version of Battlefield and just focused mostly on the 360 version. Come on just admit, not only you didn't mentioned Battlelog in your review, but ignored the other stuff that are only found on the PC version of BF3. Also, when it comes to multiplatform games, especially those that have multiplayer, G4 staff tend to often focus on the Xbox version.

I like blair but wish the him and Matt would stop interrupting each other...Blair would try and make a joke and Matt would cut him off and then Matt would be making a point and Blair would try and say somthing...get your crap together guys....oh and BRING THE PENIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think what made the Bf 3 campaign so bad is that they promised a modernwarfare like experience and it didn't deliver. But people will always bitch there is always that one slice of pizza that nobody wants..

So when do we start judging movies based on how many mins they are cause obviously a good movie has to be longer then 120 min.
Good video games don't need to be 60+ hours, like i am going to spend on skyrim, to be good games.

is it me , or does it seem that everyone on this website has to have the same opinion? i watched this with hopes the whoever else on the show or even adam himself can say something different about uncharted 3( which could've used more talking time by the way). naughty dog along with every other game developer is in the business of uh, making money. and when you have a hit on your hands like the uncharted franchise, why would you mess with a bunch? especialiy after how well recieved uncharted 2 was. releasing uncharted 3 two years after UC 2, gives them permission (imo) to not have a bunch of "ground breaking" changes to the gameplay, story, etc.

HUZZAH!! Matt Keil has returned and he has spoken the truth. Temple of Doom is worse than Crystal Skull. I've been telling friends this since day one but they just don't understand. Thank God someone has told this to the masses.

I still don't see why everyone hates Crystal Skull...
i mean temple of doom and last crusade are terrible
compared to raiders of the lost ark and crystal skull.
maybe it works because they have the same characters.
The only legitimate reason people come up with is the alien
ending, which isn't spectactular, but the rest of the movie is great.
(and to be fair the ending isn't even that bad, especially compared
to something like The Mist, which has the worst ending in cinema history)

i think what ea was trying to do with their ad campaign was
A. rally their base of fans
B. get their name on the map
with their ad style they took many people's frustration over noob toobs, 10 year olds, 10th prestige messages, and bad glitches and channeled that energy to say "hey we're going after that crap game COD". i think they also were trying to get their name out there in the mainstream. if they had kept quiet like adam and matt are saying noone outside of the gaming community would know who they are. people who have no business playing games know about call of duty, and i think the best way to get attention for this product is to start a flame war with its top competitor.

I want to jump in on their good/evil choice talk: In Fallout 3 I blew up megaton and felt so bad i spent the rest of the game playing good.

I don't think there will be an Uncharted 4. Hasn't Naughty Dog gone on record saying that they do a different franchise for each console generation? I think it was in response to people nagging them about Jak and Daxter.
