There's a new trailer for Ninja Theory's DmC: Devil May Cry today, an extended version of the Tokyo Game Show trailer that offers up some fresh gameplay from this Devil May Cry reboot. Dante sports a new look in the game, though the trailer's first look at him in Devil Trigger mode is pretty much what fans would expect.
Also, hey... THIS GAME LOOKS INSANE! It's not like there hasn't been footage of DmC online before, but something really clicked for me in these gameplay clips. DmC: Devil May Cry should be coming to a console near you sometime next year, so stay tuned for more.

I'm an extremely huge fan of the Devil May Cry games. This one looks really good. I don't car what anyone says. The only thing that's killing me is the devil trigger..... How do you go from extremely awesome transformations, to that? Besides that I can't wait to play this game.... I just hope that they put Vergil in this game.... I miss him. Lol.

As a huge fan of Enslaved, I'm rooting for Ninja Theory. The franchise, although solid, never really struck a chord with me. Maybe they can change that.

I want to like the new DMC game, but that isn't Dante. If the game is fun, I'll probably pick it up anyways.

Haven't heard a whole lot about this game. Is it supposed to be a sequel, or a reboot? Because if it's a sequel, changing Dante's look doesn't really make sense, and if it's a reboot, he doesn't look as badass as he did before.

Gameplay does look pretty awesome. Dante not so much.

The story and art direction will probably be good because it's Ninja Theory, but the controls will probably be floaty and clunky because it's Ninja Theory.

Would it hurt to have a non linear Devil May Cry? Just too limited for me, and the art style is a little bit strange. Not to my liking as of yet anyways. You never know, the final product could (and hopefully will be) something entirely different than what you see here. Hopefully.
