One of Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception's testers can speedrun through the game in just over three hours. Granted, he played the game on easy and as a tester, knew every single puzzle forward, backward and I assume upside down.
Uncharted 3 will be released next Tuesday so you'll have to wait a few days to see if you can beat his record. I'm not trying to burst your bubble or anything, but you won't. Not that Uncharted 3 is the type of game you'd want to power through anyway.

Speedrun or not, reading about a game you just invested $60-$100(collector's edition) in, being beat in just 3hrs, is kind of disappointing... :(

Keep in mind though that they are blazing through because they know every little shortcut available, skipping cutscenes, essentially skipping puzzles since they know them, and never failing an obstacle. The 3 hour speed run will never be seen by the public. The amount of time that a person has to put into the game just to do a 3 hour speed run defeats the purpose of the speed run itself.

Well come on now.. the speed run has little bearing to how long the actual playthrough time is. They said the speed run for Skyrim was something around 2hrs 20mins, but the game will play out for quite some time beyond that... much longer than Uncharted 3 will anyhow. If you're worried about the short play time, rent it instead of buying it.
