We've been talking a lot about the G4 Films Epictober Film Festival, an online film festival where we've taken beloved video games and turned them inside out with the help of horror master Joe Lynch and three very talented, very twisted film-makers. It all begins Monday at 9AM EST! Here's the full festival schedule:
- Monday at 9 AM EST: "The Hunt" Sam Balcomb of Rainfall Films directed the festival's Opening Selection. "The Hunt" is a dark take on Duck Hunt.
- Tuesday at 9 AM EST: "Kart Driver" Drew Daywalt (Stark Raving Mad, MTV's Death Valley) created the Centerpiece Showcase film, a tale of love, obsession and Mario.
- Wednesday at 9AM EST: "The Birds of Anger" We'll be closing the Epictober Festival on with Gregg Bishop's "The Birds of Anger," an awesome mash-up of Hitchcock and Angry Birds.
