I would buy this only if it was out for Xbox 360! More people game on consoles than PC gaming! PC gaming died after we got out of the 80's!!!! But if Blizzard wants to lose out on millions of dollars that is up to them! I do not care if the game has no Achievements for it I just want to play it again! I haven't played Diablo since PS1 and boy what a trip it would be to game a new one again!

So, some have heard you can get diablo 3, along with other things, for free if you get a 12 month subscription of WoW. I was wondering how that bonus would affect the people who want to purchase the collectors edition of Diablo 3.

I regret not getting the SC2 collectors edition, but I already got SWTOR's hefty collectors edition paid off.....I have a feeling this will be worth it though.

Found the collector's edition on amazon for $99. Also heard they are taking preorders at Gamestop as well.

No, they lost me with the business model for this one. Shame, cause I was really, really looking forward to playing this game and it looks cool too.
So, not even the regular edition of Diablo 3 will grace my gaming shelves... Too bad really but the cash grab is too much for me. Good luck to those that will be playing, hope it's fun, but you should take a step back and take a hard look at what games like this are doing to the gaming experience. I see the gaming industry taking a deffinate down-turn with these gaming models they're moving toward... Not for me, Im an old guy and remember when you baught a game and you could just play and not have to put up with so much comercialism cramed down our throats just to play. Sad sad days ahead Im afraid...

I'll bet that the Diablo figure could possibly drive the price up. If I had to guess, I would say it will be either $99.99 (like SC2 Collector's), or $119. That USB stick looks awesome.... as does everything else. Blizzard's collectors editions have always set the bar for collector's editions, even though they don't hold their monetary worth like they used to.

Would totally buy this, if I had a stable internet connection where I live that would allow me to actually play the game. No offline play = no longer a customer of Blizzards.

A ton of stuff but really wasn't on my shopping list. I am moving away from pc games lately. Though if I was interested I would pick it up because it is stuffed with good items.
