Dark Souls 90-Minute Speed Run Proves That Magic Is Real

Posted October 17, 2011 - By Adam Rosenberg

I give up. From Software's Dark Souls has been at the forefront of my dreams (and nightmares) since I started playing it a few weeks ago, but clearly there's no use in pushing any further through the game. Not when it can be made to look easy, as is the case with this 12-part 90-minute speed run.

It actually takes slightly LESS than 90 minutes for this player to beat the game. Crazy. Watching those Bell Tower gargoyles fall in seconds at the end of the first video makes me want to set my console on fire. I call foul. Clearly this speed-runner used his/her magical powers to gain an unfair advantage.
