Each week we implement your questions into Feedback. It's your chance to have your voice heard. If you have a burning question about anything gaming related, don't waste this opportunity.
Next week we'll probably talk about Mass Effect 3's multiplayer and news from New York Comic-Con. We're also going to be discussing Batman: Arkham City. Spoiler alert: Bruce Wayne is Batman. Oh yes I did!
tl;dr Ask us video game questions! We want to answer them.

With the overwhelming popularity of gaming on iOS devices, why do you think we still do not have the option to use a handheld controller? Hardware specs have increased to the point where competent games for iOS are very possible. I can't figure out why apple has not pushed out a proprietary controller for developers to implement... It seems like such a no brainer... that's probably why Apple won't do it... still no Flash, come on!!!

Wow, first Demon's Souls gets a 4 (which is a good score) and still gets shafted by Feedback, then Dark Souls comes out and gets a deserving 5 out of 5 but still no mention on Feedback. What gives?

While outside the realm of Feedback normalcy, my query resides well within the G4 family... In the midst of Fresh Ink's own Blair Butler launching her new series "Heart" -- (Congrats to Blair) -- I've often wondered: Has anyone from the Feedback gang attempted to create, what it is that you so passionately critique?

My question this week Because i'm sure it will be brought up. The ps vita just got a u.s release date. and is scheduled for a late february launch so early next year. Do you think this will make sony take a hit or see a decline in sales because they missed a christmas deadline ?

Hey Feedback!
I'm curently consumed by Dark Souls and I started to notice how differently this game handles narration and pace, compared to traditional RPGs. The way in which the world is presented and the story is told almost has an ICO-esk-feeling to it. Much like ICO, Dark Souls has solid game mechanics, but it's mostly up to the player to explore and discover crucial parts of the game. Both of these games have Japan written all over them, and so my question is: could a game like Dark Souls have been created by a western developer, or are Japanese gamers unique in the way they expect their games to feel and play.

With so many big titles being released, I would like to know what your thoughts are on buying collectors editions of games. Do you think that these special editions are worth the premium? If so what specific bonus items appeal to memebers of the panel?

Related to Multiplayer on Mass Effect.
RPG games like Elder Scroll 5 Skyrim and Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning are giving the option to customize characters throughout the game (wish I like) rather than defining the character in beginning... and Mass Effect is adding multiplayer along with more dynamic combat options in the campaign mode.
Are we witnessing a trend to try to increase the action on historically slower games? much like modern action movies progress so much faster. Where is the line between designing for a modern audience and designing to keep up with up faster more intense titles, and do you think these are signs of either ?

I'll Keep this brief: Does ME3 need MP? and should ME3 have MP? Full diclosure I emphatically say no to both.

I recently played Arkham Asylum in preperation for Arkham City, and while enjoying the game had a problem with it's combat system - a problem that exists in many games of this console generation. Specifically, games like Assassin's Creed, Fable III, Witcher 2 and Arkham Asylum rely on the enemy A.I. to be ultra dumb, never rushing the protagonist all at once, but taking turns trying one swing with you the player needing to counter those rare swings from the idiotic A.I.
Why do you think such clunky combat mechanics are so popular in triple A titles when games like Vindictus show that a similar combat system can easily exist without the A.I. dumbed down to a point when each enemy swings at you once in 30 seconds? Considering how much time you spend fighting in those games, shouldn't the actual fighting mechanics be built for a more enjoyable experience?

Do you guys think you could review this new World of Warcraft documentary. It is getting amazing reviews and I would love to see it on G4.
Here is the trailer.

Hey Feedback so my question is why develope a so many hour type of game and then shortchange on the ending. Isnt that why we play to be rewarded at the end with loose ends tied up, a epic boss fight, a cutscene that is jaw dropping. Because if this going be the trend that Rage has set I would perfer the old endings with congratulations miss spelled and a thank you for playing.

With the success of Batman: Arkham Asylum and the probable success of Batman: Arkham City do you think this will cause a trend of superhero games? I understand that there are already a lot of superhero games per year but I mean even more so.

Recently a friend started playing Dark Souls and so I was finally compelled to see what it's all about, so I went and got Demon's Souls from him. Then I noticed something: this game is actually challenging. It brought about a sense of nostalgia when video games couldn't save so often and you'd have to start back at the beginning and they were truly a beast because gamers were... hardcore. I felt like the past few years I've been coddled because developers and publishers want the casual demographic to be able to pick this up and not have to try so hard so they can recommend the game to others. Yes, you can change the difficulty, but that normally results in just taking more damage instead of trying to challenge my situational awareness and attention to detail. This was also sparked by the Feedback episode when Adam mentioned that "Hardcore seems to be the new Normal mode".
Do you see this as a trend that big name and indie developers have to conform to; and is the market for challenging games like this going to get smaller?

Another question. It was just annouced that Warner Bros. locked the Catwoman portion of Arkham Asylum as part of their online pass program. Also with Mass Effect 3 now having multiplayer, it also has an online pass. Do you see primarily single player games adding multiplayer or cutting off access to some their games in order to have a online pass? Has publishers fight against used games gone too far?

I see that many games recently are becoming more and more interested i creating a storyline the grabs players attention at the loss of actual gameplay time the best example i have of this is with N4S underground and thier latter titles and portal 2. although i enjoyed the story exploring the factory a laughing my ass off at weatly and glados I found myself many time just begging for the next test (I did after all buy a puzzle game because i wanted to solve puzzles). My question is do you think that we can return to the days of enter room kill enemies repeat (Serious sam' Doom 1+2) P.S. if you know any new games that follow this pattern i would love to play it.

Will the Mass Effect story end with the third game or will it keep on going until it no longer becomes profitable? Have we entered an age where good games aren't allowed to end and make way for new games. An age where money makers are driven into the ground until we get sick of them. Halo doesn't get to end and it seems like there could be more Gears games after the third one.

Do you guys think that Batmans success not only comes from having such a talented and dedicated studio as RockSteady develop such IP, but, from also being funded and backed up by a powerhouse like Warner Bros Interactive? If so, do you think that down the line, big Hollywood studios might branch out to create such projects, or maybe just fund and backup upcoming studios like RockSteady?

I feel like I hear Mr. Sessler saying "someone wants to slap open world or fully interactive environment on the back of the box"(Adam Sessler). With so much digital media like game reviews and trailers so accessible, do people still look at and value the tangible box or are we more wise when purchasing a $60 game?

When determining how "successful" a game is, is it fair to compare sales numbers from a game that is a console exclusive to a game that is multi-platofrm? It doesn't seem fair especially when you consider one game is selling on 3-4 different platform where it's opponent is only sold on one.
