Polyphyny Digital's Gran Turismo 5, which finally released at the end of last year, has been updated a number of times in the ensuing months, but it seems there's a big one on the horizon. Company CEO Kazunori Yamauchi confirmed today on Twitter that a Spec 2.0 update will be coming next month.
Yamauchi pegs the PlayStation 3 game update release to the third week in October, adding that DLC will follow a week later. He offers no details regarding the contents of either the update or the DLC, though with only a few weeks to go before they are released, it's probably a good idea to keep an eye on the game's website.

Play this game all the time, rarely ever use the head view since Im always in hood mode. (I use a G27 steering wheel and a play chair and it adds to the effect)
