Ugh, I don't care what the meaning is behind it, that song ruins any gameplay footage it plays with.

Better than the short teaser trailer, but nothing special. By next week I will have forgotten this which is sad since, it probably cost a bit of money to license that song and then to have it mixed like that. Should have maybe spent as much money on a decent video editor, might have made it worthwhile instead of a bunch of random slow motion clips.
This isn't to say that the trailer doesn't make Call of Duty look roughly 3852528578 times better than Call of Duty. Because it does. It's just strange that they can spend so much time and effort making this game look so incredibly polished... but then can't spend a couple minutes to find someone that can market it better.

Ugh... I'm getting really sick of the squabbling between EA and Activision concerning BF and COD. Just let your games speak for themselves instead of immature "above and beyond the call" bs. I'm getting BF as opposed to MW3 but I'm getting pretty sick of what seems like EA provoking Activision.

There's nothing more enjoyable than watching a flock of fanboys both praise and demonize games that aren't even out yet, watching the ignorant argue with the idiotic is awesome.

I will be getting this at midnight. but ever since i heard that IW was putting the riot shield back in the game I'm also getting cod just to make them kids cry. HAHAHA "put the shield down you a**hole!!!"

I'm not a big military shooter fan, but this looks great. I like realistic shooters, that is why I never really got into COD, its just too arcade-y for me, but this looks absolutely mind blowing.

Its gameplay footage. Hence why it says gameplay footage. And your right. COD doesnt care about battlefield. They only cared about how much money they can make. For all they care they can take MW2 and than add some features and tweaks and call it MW3. Oh wait....Simply put Battlefield is a more complex game. MW is arcadish. The spawn for a BF map i as big or even bigger than a WHOLE COD map.

Of course BF is going to beat CoD, maybe not in presales but overall sales it should. MW3 is made just to make money, and I understand it was going to be made at some point. People don't really remember that Infinity Ward lost most of the people that worked on MW1 and MW2, so MW3 isn't going to feel the same way, it's not going to be made with the gamers interests at heart. BF is for the hardcore gamers which will drop some of its sales since Xbox is a family oriented system and CoD is surprisingly more kid oriented (we've all witnessed 8 year olds on BOTH CoD and BF) with it's more simple controls. They both have their strong points AND weak points, but BF will be the better seller in the end.
