Batman: Arkham City already has a pretty robust Rouges Gallery, and while we've known The Joker is in the game, he has remained noticeably absent from the trailers. Until now that is.

What do you guys think of the Harlequin of Hate's presence in this trailer? Is Batman finally in over his head?
