This week on Feedback Adam "Eggplant" Sessler welcomes Mike "Mandate" Leffler, Kevin "Filler" Kelly and special guest Jessica "Kidnapped" Chobot.
Tokyo Game Show recently wrapped up. Our panel of experts detail all the major announcements from Japan's E3. And while on the subject of TGS, everyone reminisced about their favorite Tokyo Game Show memories. This part of the show consisted of glazed donuts, vans covered in plastic, kidnapping and phallic eggplants.
Other news topics included Sony's new EULA agreement additions and Netflix's plan to get into video game rentals.
Gears of War 3 was the game of the week. Maybe you've heard of it? Adam and co. dissects the game from Single player, Horde 2.0, Beast and Multiplayer.

Nintendo should make the Tablet controller secondary, change the name of the console, and make it more "mainstream". Make as, or more, powerful than the 360 and PS3 and start cranking out the titles Nintendo is known for. Maybe it should be the Nostalgia System, making new games from older, or at least less active, franchises. I want to see new Megaman games, more Banjo, and new DK64 esque game, and a new Starfox. Make this gen Crystal Chronicles, maybe even Perfect Dark? Or another Jet Force Gemini!
That's it. That is what I want Nintendo to do.

I do have to admit that with Nintendo and the idea of innovation, I feel that they need to keep pushing the bounds of what gaming is and what it could be. I feel like without the original Wii, there would have been no push for any kind of motion control on any of the systems, short of the Six-Axis in the PS3 control. And while I know that motion control has produced very few hardcore games (the systems are still in their infancy in this regard) we really see a unique and interesting new field. So who knows what the new Wii U controller will bring to the minds of the other companies.
And thanks to Gears of War 3 for making me feel like I need an Xbox 360 again.

All the media about Sony changing its EULA is just fanboys hating on sony. It's just fanboys being fanboys and it's as old as time. Too bad these xbox owning, ps3 haters didn't bother to check Microsoft's license, because they are completely immune to being sued if you have a problem with them. Sony is now only immune to class-action lawsuits.
Microsoft TOA:
"We provide the Service "as-is," "with all faults," and "as available." We do not guarantee the suitability, reliability, availability, accuracy or timeliness of information available from the Service, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free or that data loss will not occur. You acknowledge that computer and telecommunications systems are not fault-free and occasional periods of downtime will occur. We give no express warranties, guarantees, or conditions."
Bottomline, we may not 100% agree with Sony, Microsoft, Blizzard, or EA's business practices, but we still use their products.

Who really cares about battery life anymore? It's not 1989. That thing doesn't really matter. Is your battery getting low? Just plug it in to charge it... There is no need to buy additional batteries. Honestly, who goes 4-5 hours without comming into contact with some sort of outlet or car?
And they did an HD remake of Chronicles of Riddick Butcher Bay. Someone tell Kevin.

Jessica Chobot needs a PERMANENT place on Feedback! Not since Abbie, Sterling, & Patrick has such a natural graced Feedback.
CHOBOT FOR FEEDBACK!
The thing about bad voice acting is this: it isn't the fault of the actor, it's 100 percent the directors fault. The director not only hires the actor, directs them and ultimately the director is the one who says what performances make it into the game. The actor is simply doing as they're told. Now it could be the actor was miscast in the role, but the fault for that lies with the director, not the actor.
So when you blame bad voice actors you should actually be blaming the games directors.

I want to see Jessica Chobot in future episodes of Feedback. She gets along very well with the rest of the group and Jessica has some interesting stories to tell. I look forward to more episodes of Feedback.

I appreciate how extensive this episode was, there's nothing like an hour long Feedback.
Jessica is a great guest, she's very vocal, with a lot of interesting opinions (and apparently some very interesting experiences).

can someone explain what they were talking about with the PSN Agreement thing?

I can kind of understand what you're getting at with the Wii U, but at the same time, what are you going to be getting with the xbox 720? more halo and cod on a console that might last a year or more. ps4? netflix is king so you don't really need to watch movies, so it comes down to who has the better games, and since we haven't seen any real finished games on wii u it's to early to judge.
