There aren't many things you can count on in this troubled world. One thing that remains consistent time and time again is a little webshow we like to call "Feedback." We like to call it that mainly because that's what it is called. Feedback is my constant. We have to go back!
This episode, the Feedback dream team is in the house to learn you something fierce. Adam "Syndicate" Sessler welcomes Blair "Crown of Thorns" Herter, Steve "The Bangles" Johnson, and Nikole "Third-Person" Zivalich.
This week, G4 is trying to get you a job in the gaming industry with G4 University. The panel discusses how they got their starts at G4.
...And now for something completely different: Let's talk about taxes! Actually, we decided to talk about ways video game companies can get out of paying their taxes. It's a jolly good discussion, and you may learn something. News was rounded out with a potential new segment: Nintend-Oh-No!, a chance for us to reflect on the weird choices Nintendo makes, like the Circle Pad.
We had two Games of the Week on this episode, Dead Island and Warhammer 40K: Space Marine. Both games fell short of being amazing titles, but for different reasons.
I know what you're thinking, "There's way too much content in this episode. I don't know if I can handle it!" Now little Timmy, (I assume you're all named Timmy) it's true there is more content in this episode than some may be able to fathom. But if the weak don't make it, so be it.

I agree with Adam. Space Marines wasnt a great game but it was a decent and fairly enjoyable experience. Sadly I ran into the Dead Island glitches way, way too much to enjoy the game like I should have been able too. Especially the auto save issues.

If Nintendo drops out of the console war and has to latch onto a big fish, I hope they go for Sony. That way I'll have more titles for my Playstation. Plus, it's not Microsoft. Don't get me wrong MS, I play a lot of Xbox, but you keep your hands off Nintendo.

There is so much to say about Nintendo as of late that one doesn't even know where to begin. However, if I had to pick one it is this. Nintendo still has not learned their lesson with third party support. Starting with the N64 they have had problems getting/keeping strong third party support and it has only gotten worse since the Gamecube and Wii. I'm at the point where I honestly wish that they would pull a Sega and make games only. I know they aren't anywhere close ot being broke yet, but these stings of decisions they have made lately really makes ya say wtf.

Whats more importent, buying the big game releases, such Gears of War 3, Rage, Dark Souls, Batman, Battlefield 3, Uncharted 3, Skyrim, and Zelda Skyword. Or buying nice gifts for your loves ones and friends. Tough choice, I'm going with games.

With regards to the question of the week, the viewer may have been talking about the autosave glitch. This happens on the PS3 (not sure about XBOX version). For some reason, why signed on the PSN, even if you are playing alone, the game will tell you that it saved, but it does not save; causing many many hours of lost progress. The quick fix was to be signed off, playing single player, and the game wouldn't do this. This glitch also prevented trophies from being unlocked, even though the qualifications were met (the game actually notifies you with text that the qualifications were met).

About the Diablo 3 comment about skill trees, i think you guys actually might want to know something. About a week ago I thought it was exactly what Blair said where everything is unlocked but now i have the f and f beta, and it actually unlocks a skill a level but there is no choice. But you do unlock the amount of skills available to be used.

With Dead Island I have been having a great time with the Steam version. Once they got the correct version out which was like 8 hours late the game worked. Yes i have seen bugs with stuck zombies and the odd occasional clipping. However I have not had a single save issue, or problem with the controls (keyboard and mouse). The game is not perfect but there are some great design ideas in it.

Umm there seems to be an issue with the Video.. At 30:43 it just restarts everytime.. Did something happen to this feed?
