The Devil May Cry HD Collection has been rumored since this past June when a Spanish retailer posted an ad. Since then no new details have been released, until today. Capcom hasn't confirmed anything but the ESRB has publicly re-categorized Devil May Cry, Devil May Cry 2 and Devil May Cry 3: Dante's Awakening. "Change Value of Platforms from "PlayStation 2" to "PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360." Meaning, these games are no longer just for the PS2.
When the rumor of a Devil May Cry HD Collection first started it was widely believed it would be a PS3 exclusive. If these changes prove to be true, it will be released on both the PS3 and Xbox 360.

I don't see hd anything with these ps2 games! I don't like what they make it look like. Since I'm a retro gamer I'll just play the dmc 1-3 all over again. They're resurrecting ps2 games on the ps3? So this is how they make the ps3 backwards compatible... this is making the ps2 redundant. Sony is milking the ps2 market still lol.

About time. Two awesome games and ONLY two games are this in package. DMC1 and DMC3. No game ever came out between them. The way it SHOULD be.
