At the Call of Duty XP in Los Angeles we got the chance to briefly check out five maps from the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 multiplayer. The maps are Arkaden, Dome, Resistance, Underground, and Village. According to the keynote presentation from Call of Duty XP there will be 16 new multiplayer maps released with CoD: MW3, so really this is just a taste of some of the maps you'll get to play with when the game is released on November 8.

It looks like theres alot of open area which in a way is good bc it may discourage campers......than again im not a fan of getting shot in the back.

Listen, can we all not get along? We're all gamers after all! :) I'm a big fan of both games Battlefield/COD, but when I'm not playing one of them, I don't go and find a forum on the other and slag it off. This is clearly a thread for COD fans to have a look and a chat about whats new in the game, Battlefield has its own thread.

I love how people call Battlefield a "Campers Game" when in CoD that's all people do to get thier killstreaks. Even IGN always has videos out on where all the best camping spots are on each map (Ouch, yeah, I just owned you!) You can't camp behind walls that can be destroyed. If you camp on a battlfield map, you'll just be waiting for a very long time for someone to maybe walk by you. Also, whats the advantage of camping in battlefield. Theres no lame killstreak rewards. LOL, MW3 even brought back deathstreaks, talk about noob friendly.

yeah battlefield comes out october 25,alright about like 70 percent of players including pc,ps3,360 will be playing that game,but a few days later when mw3 comes out about 90 percent are going to play it and 10 percent is left so i think battlefield will be like another world at war only like 1000 players playing it o per console so battlefield fan boys, because call of duty is going to replace battlefield,the first hour it comes out.

Looks like they gimped everything like they did blops. It took a whole clip from the UMP to kill one person. I like to kill people when I shoot them not empty a whole clip into them. F- this game I think I'm gonna pass.
