Capcom has announced their DLC plans for Street Fighter 3: Third Strike Online Edition. The first DLC will be called "Color Pack 1" and will launch on September 6 for $2.99. This pack will be available in all modes and add seven new colors for each character. I'm all for this type of DLC, as I love changing my characters' outfits in fighting games. The bad news is that only those who have purchased the DLC will be able to see the new colors, and the colors won't save in your replays.
The next set of DLC is one the fans have definitely been asking for: A set of Music Packs. This DLC will be showing up "in the coming months" and add new songs to the game. Specifically, the DLC will add the character themes from the first two Street Fighter 3 games, New Generation and Double Impact.
Finally, for all of you competitive fighting game fans Capcom will be offering Match Packs DLC. Earlier this year Capcom held a tournament with sixteen of the top SF3 from around the world called Fight For The Future, 2011. The Match Packs DLC will basically be your chance to watch this tournament, fully commentated by James Chen and stocked with bonus content. There will be two Match Packs, one covering the Top 8 of the tournament, and the other "best bouts" pack which will highlight all of the best matches from the event.
All of the DLC is scheduled to hit this year, but my question is, which one interests you the most? Colors, Music, or Matches?

I wish they would make it faster and easier to find a match online before they decide to release DLC.

The music one is interesting, but paying to watch replays?

And this is how Video Games end. With thunderous applause.

This is ridiculous and yet because there are retards and mental midgets that will act excited and buy this crap Crapcom will continue to nickel and dime people for poor excuses for DLC just like this. If these mouth breathers could actually manage to boycott crap DLC it might force companies (especially Capcom) to stop doing stuff like this and ripping people off.
