If you watched the Hawken story trailer, then I bet you're going to love the new Hawken gameplay trailer that Adhesive Studios has just released. Hawken is a mech combat first person shooter that was developed by a small indie team who has been working on it for 11 months. Aside from the fact that this trailer is super brown, it's pretty mind blowing. I can't remember the last time I actually felt like I was in the game, and Hawken really gets that across with its UI. Check out the gameplay trailer below.

So far it doesn't look like it improves over Mechwarrior except for UI and graphics. Weapons, movement, and combat of the genre is stale and this doesn't seem to fix that

wahhh lets go whine about how WOW dosent let you play single player gawd get over yourselves! I think this game looks fun.

Well i hope they make enough money off of this game to make another version with proper single player and a even better multiplayer mechanic.
They dont need a really awesome, epic single player just do something like BF3 a decent edge of your seat on rails thrill ride that lasts 5-8 hours and can be replayed.

Looks amazing, sadly there wont be another one since there is no single player campaign. People will get bored of this game after 20 mins. Really sad but this small company has not a clue how to market and amazing product. We have told them they needs a campaign and there answer is we dont have the money.. THEN STOP MAKING THE GAME or GET BACKERS!

The art style of this game is simply AMAZING. The gameplay mechanics seem just as solid. I CAN'T wait!
