Cheats and Walkthroughs

Earlier this month, Sega detailed one of the two bonus levels featured in the upcoming PlayStation 3 release House of the Dead: Overkill - Extended Cut, which adds HD visuals, a 3D display mode and Move support to the already-superb Wii game. Today brings the first details on the other level and, as you might expect, things get a little bit weird.
The game's second bonus level, called Creeping Flesh, follows Varla and Candy -- the pair of heroes in these new sections -- into a mutant-filled slaughterhouse. The location has been completely overrun and is in fact physically transforming with "something of a meaty infestation starting to take hold inside the building," according to Sega's post on the PlayStation Blog.
It's hard to say what a "meat infestation" might entail, but the above screenshot seems to offer a pretty good hint. The post also makes mention of a "meat tunnel" popping up somewhere in the level; I wonder if that's what we're looking at.
The meat infestation does make your mutant enemies stronger, however, thanks to the added layer of bio-organic padding. The level ends with a boss fight against Meat Katie, a mutant/cow hybrid that apparently (and unsurprisingly) hurls meat at you as a projectile.
Sounds like Sega's may be due for a phone call from PETA when the game arrives on October 25.
