We recently had the chance to talk with DICE General Manager, Carl Magnus, about their upcoming game Battlefield 3. Have you heard of it? It's kind of a big deal. We asked him about what makes BF3 stand out in the sea of shooters. Some of the topics discussed includes co-op, multiplayer and the PC version.

Battlefield 3 will be released on PC, Xbox 360, and PS3 on October 25, 2011.

I'm calling shenanigans G4. The headline made me believe there would be multiplayer footage, and there was nonesuch thing. A thousand shames upon your ancestors. Game still looks fantastic though, can't wait to pick it up

Whatever happened to a concurrent release on the same day as CoD? Did they really cave and decide on an earlier release? That just blows, I reckon. On any account, it is looking crisp and I can't wait to see how this handles. It's one of my major purchases this upcoming year next to CoD, Gow, and a few others... Man, I'mma be broke as a joke this holiday season, lol!

I haven't been really excited about a video game in a long time. And I can't stop looking at BF3 footage. I can't wait!!! I'm looking forward to co-op. And seeing this beauty on my new kick ass pc. I even watched someone play the alpha for an hour on youtube.
