Online shooter fans have probably been wondering just what they can expect from Valve's recently announced Counter-Strike: Global Offensive when it arrives next year. PAX attendees will get a chance to take a look this weekend, but you can have a sampling now thanks to the newly released debut trailer.
While the trailer is light on information, one fact does emerge that should please fans: cross-platform play. Global Offensive will be bringing the series to consoles for the first time in addition to PCs, and it looks like they'll be able to intermingle online. No word on which platforms will support the feature, but the PS3 seems like a safe bet. Stay tuned for more Counter-Strike: Global Offensive coverage this weekend as the G4 team descends on PAX Prime.
