How can you dumb down CS? It's already really basic. The only way to dumb it down is to add a auto-walk function.

I usually love feedback, but this episode was hard to listen to. CSS GO is the biggest game on my radar by far and it seems like they wanted to rush through this topic of conversation as fast as possible. It doesn't help when they all talk at the same time and rarely take the topic at hand seriously. Cracking a joke here and there is perfectly fine, but come on guys, let's try to focus for like one second.

I know you are all jaded game critics but I think you were a little lazy on the reasoning in your intro. Counter Strike: Global Offensive is not a contradiction in terms.
A Counter Strike is an offensive action not a defensive action.
In terms of boxing : Blocking, parrying and dodging/slipping the punch are all defensive maneuvers. The counter strike is still an attack and thus considered an offensive action. I am not familiar with any sports that score for a defensive action.
In terms of battle tactics: A counter strike(counterattack) usually takes place after an enemy assault has been endured or repelled from defensive positions. At this time the attacked become the attackers and carry out an offensive plan to regain lost ground and to destroy the now weary and disorganized enemy.
The title just indicates that the counter strike is an offensive taking place on a global scale.

Wow, so Left4Dead 2 being released as a full price title not even a full year after the first one, while completely failing to patch all the shortcomings and glaring flaws/bugs of the first one and also backpeddaling on the promise of new content, weapons, campaigns, monsters etc. which is clearly documented on video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v =SQWylFmqnwM (video kind of plays on "drama" but it gets the point through) and a lot of people based their decision to buy the game on while using most of the same assets, weapons and art in that sequel is "waaaah".
But the game title of a Counter Strike title being somewhat contradictory is an important issue? xD

I think demons souls would be a good example of massively single player, with the whole world tendency and the server average for the world tendancy

I like how the guy tried to make out gamers are stupid when it comes knowing about games. When Valve are basically learning about the design of Counterstrike: GO specifically from pro gamers in the office giving them feedback.

Transformers 3 is accessibility. It's dumbed down. It's designed for a maximum audience. Your argument about Lord Of The Rings goes both ways. And yes, pc games are far more sophisticated. Funnily enough, most gamers care about good games than a bussiness making more money. Also it us, the ones who bought there games that made Valve what it is today. So yea, entitlement is awsome.

It's working just fine for me, just got done watching the HD Stream of Feedback. I like this show, wished I would have discovered it sooner. Been watching for a couple of months now. I enjoy Sessler's rants, and was good to see Man Blair in today.
