Fatality 1: Tell'Em Freddy Sent Ya - Back Forward, Down, Down, Attack 1(Any)
Fatality 2: Welcome To My Nightmare - Down, Up, Forward, Back, Block (sweep distance)
Stage Fatality: Forward, Down, Down, Attack 3 (Close Distance)
Babality: Back, Forward, Down, Attack 1 (Far Distance)

The Babality does not end with the Cross/A, it's Square/X. So it would be Back, Forward, Down, Attack 1.
