Two new Sid Meier's Civilization 5 DLC packs: "Civilization and Scenario Pack: Korea" and the "Wonders of the Ancient World Scenario Pack" are coming out for one of the most addictive games ever on August 11.
Civilization and Scenario Pack: Korea will bring the Korea Civilization to the game and add a new Scenario called The Samurai Invasion of Korea. With this DLC you'll be able to rule the world as Sejong, the fourth King of the Choson Dynasty and get access to Turtle Ships and Hwach’a artillery. The Scenario included features the great Japanese warlord Toyotomi Hideyoshi as he tries to expand his empire in to Korea. You'll be able to play through this scenario as Korea, China, Manchuria, or Japan.
The Wonders of the Ancient World Scenario Pack will add three new wonders to the game: The Mausoleum of Halicarnassus, the Statue of Zeus, and the Temple of Artemis. Each wonder, as usual, will bring powerful benefits to the Civ that can build it first. The gist is to to see at the dawn of time which Civilization can get a wonder built first.
The Civilization and Scenario Pack: Korea and Wonders of the Ancient World Scenario Pack are both retailing for just $4.99 each, or you can get the Korea and Ancient World Combo Pack which offers both sets of DLC for $7.49
Will you be checking this DLC out? I played Civ 5 over the weekend again and Rome really got on my nerves. I ended up making a Giant Death Robot and a nuke to kill them. Fun!

Did they ever address the MP portion of the game? The most disappointing part of Civ 5 was that they released half a game and decided sell DLC before finishing the rest of the actual game itself.
Great game, but it was a buggy mess without a decent MP, combat log or game replays. Basically a 2/5 even after the first two patches. I'd never play anything made by these guys ever again.

civ 5 is a letdown compared to civ 4. by it self its not a bad game if you don't compare it to anything. but as usual they tried to streamline to many things and ease the micro mrg that civs are know for and thats a no no. also no stacking units sucks. thats truly my biggest complaint. if you put civ 4 gameplay with civ 5 graphics, now that would be a damn good game.

Civ 5 was an absolute let down, I still play civ 4 but I can't even spend an hour playing civ 5 before getting frustrated and bored.

I'd be more interested in getting more Civ5 dlc if they'd reintroduce espionage. It's still absent from the game.
