Call of Duty: Black Ops has more DLC on the way. The downloadable content pack is called Rezurrection. CoD: Rezurrection will put players into orbit with Moon, which will offer gamers a low-G, lunar battleground. The final chapter in the Call of Duty Zombies series also comes with four re-mastered Zombie levels: Nacht der Untoten, Verruckt, Shi No Numa and Der Riese, the Zombie factory.
If you bought Black Ops: Hardened or Prestige Edition you'll get Rezurrection for free. For everyone else, Rezurrection will cost 1200 Microsoft Points.
This will probably be the last DLC for CoD: BO since Modern Warfare 3 is slated for November 8th.
CoD: Black Ops Resurrection will be released on the Xbox 360, PS3, and PC. Like prior content packs for CoD, it will be released on the Xbox 360 first on August 23.

I wonder how many people revered DLC as an extension of games to improve replay value among other things, and not think it would come to simply as an extension to raise the flag of greed for the sake of milking it until the franchise is dead to basically ruin it for the next generation of gamers and maybe even the following generation.
So many people expected DLC to be "expansion" packs to games to make it greater and greater, but no, simply a marketing ploy to increase profits for very little overhead from anything published by Activision.
I'd rather buy a game that stands on its own on release and not depend on DLC to make it the best game ever months down the road.
Activisions "cash cows" are slowing down and eventually, we may have another Atari debacle on our hands

wow,could treyarch was lossing ideas,but low gravity zombie killing?kinda sound like another way to make $$$.i mean like KJ7409 said,were paying the exact same price for the game i barely play for these cheap MP and zombie maps...i`ll stay with my fully original zombie maps i love you play not having to worry about little kids blowing up the mic in WaW.

OMFG this is freekin amazing. I have been wanting the original WaW zombie maps ever since the game was released but i didnt feel like spending that much money when the game first came out.
Also FINALLY their isnt any bullcrap MP maps in this pack. Just 5 zombie maps and only zombie maps. i myself am going to buy this the day it comes out and i know 3 of my friends (that dont even play video games) are going to do the same.
Treyarch Actually listens! less multiplayer and more zombies!!1

I think Activision knows that CoD's lack of innovation is starting to hurt the franchise, so their trying to maximize profits on Black Ops. If it wasn't already saturated to the point where it becomes a little annoying, they're furthering the feeling with all these map packs. It's a little ridiculous selling map packs all the way up to the release of the next CoD, which at that point you stop playing Black Ops, and start playing MW3. At this rate I'm starting to think that there will be Black Ops map packs even after MW3 is out.
I myself bought the first 2 map packs for Black Ops, but opted to skip the 3rd one, and I'll be skipping this one. I want to play MW3, but if I were to keep playing Black Ops I wouldn't want to play MW3 because I would be so burnt out on Black Ops.

I don't know what to say. Where as I am pleased that there has been such... "Support" in the form of DLC for this game I just feel like this is just a way to suck more money out of gamers.
Personally I NEVER think 4 Maps (and a Zombie game) is worth 15 Bucks and I don't really understand the writing in this article but is it saying you get 4 Zombie maps that are reworked from previous Zombie maps (I assume like WaW Zombie Maps) and there is 1 MP map?
I don't know Nikole, I'm just confused at what you are telling me...
Somewhat nice for the Hardened and Prestige people to get something free but to get something free so long after the game came out sounds... Weird I guess.

whats the point of releasing it for the 360 first, i know of hackers that recode it to work on the ps3 version the day of the map packs release, you may not be able to play online, but they still get it

I still need to get Annihilation. But hey, as long as there is a new zombies map in this, I'm sold. I just hope that once MW3 releases, the MW kids will go to MW3 and Black OPs will become enjoyable just like WaW.

You can complain all you want, but I bet you bought the first three map packs and you'll probably buy this one as well...Money speaks louder than complaining through comments on a website and until people like you stop buying their DLC...they're going to keep making/selling them.

People are starting to wake up, good. Spread the word. Not only for going back to the $10 cap on DLC (how can this cost so much when it's not even a full game?), but for getting rid of this series for good.
