From Dust Gameplay Video: The First 15 Minutes

There's a very strange game available for Xbox gamers today, the God-simulator From Dust is on Xbox Live now. People who have played it say, "Well, it's kind of like Black and White, and a little like Lemmings... but really it's not like either of those."

I won't try to explain it any further. Instead, take a look at the First 15 Minutes of the game in the video below:

You can pick it up on the 360 today, and it should be available on the PSN at a later date to be disclosed. You can pick it up on PC on August 16.

While lush in music and scenery, you can't skip the cut scenes. That sucks. The technique shown in the video above was not shown anywhere and I can't get it to work. I've tried to save the villagers from the sea over 20 times with no luck. Sorry guys and gals, you just gonna stay home.

This game does feel a bit like Lemmings in the sense that you are some God like character who uses manipulates world mechanics to create a path for the beings you are helping. However I would consider this game more like the Civilization part of SPORE. You develop the tribe from the ground up. Its definitely a weird game... But lots of creativity...

This game is insanely addictive finished the campaign and on the second to last challenge already haha!
