G4's Sophie "Gearhead" Prell had the chance to look at Forza Motorsport 4, and found that the racing game's vroom-vroom fast cars tranformed her from a non-car-person to a car-person, just like that. Here's a taste of her evocative preview
"Picture your car - the one you own right now, the one you first owned, or the one you hope to own someday - racing along the Bernese Alps. It swings along the edge of a cliff face on an impossibly tight corner, and as you look forward you see a drop-off; thousands of feet below and all around you, a valley of snow shines brilliant white. If that sounds like a commercial, it's because that's exactly how I felt watching the Forza 4 demo."

At first I didn't care about the 4th Forza since I love Forza 3 sooo much. I mean Turn 10 did an amazing job yet the more I hear about Forza 4 the more I say Turn 10 is still doing a terrific job.

Ughh I cant wait either since GT5 was such a disappointment to me. Forza is what gran turismo used to be.

I haven't played Forza since the 2nd game back in 07/08. Forza 4 has really peaked my interest this time around. I've been playing the Forza 3 demo almost every night to brush up on my racing skill. I even click on ESPN 3 to watch replays of the Le Mans races. Forza has me hyped and I don't even know where this came from! October can't come soon enough. Limited Edition Forza 4 Pre-order: Check!

Really looking forward to see how the highest scoring racing game, 92 on metacritic, shines in it's 4th iteration.
The last Forza sold almost 5m back in 2009, that was 24,000,000 Xbox 360 sales ago.

Too bad it won't sell like GT5.
